Superb service to collect us and take us (at 5am) to the airport, clean and comfy room, food was good in the bar, although obviously not cheap. Breakfast was good too. Very nice to have tea/coffee/kettle in the room, and complimentary apple juice in the fridge. And VERY happy to see the water machine in the corridor and refillable bottles in the room - excellent!

Comfort, luxury space and very friendly personal, finding arrangements for almost everything. The first 5 nights were over booking.com at a very advantageous price. Spa (sauna/steam bath) and massages are available. Very good breakfast with loads of choices.

It's a modern building, everything is fresh and clean. Helpful and smiling staff. For business purposes the location is good, very close to the airport. Kind of standard that keeps you feeling safe and no surprises. Airport transfer is a nice bonus.

I know very well the location and neighborhood so I chose the hotel based on that. The staff was polite. Breakfast was good, enough choice of everything but some of the food seemed not very fresh. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious and both me and my husband managed to work from there, WiFi was more than enough. Comfortable beds.

The hotel was clean and had a good location if you needed access to Sofia ring; it is also close to the airport. Just across there is a commercial center. Room was big, confortable and clean, as expected. Breakfast was great and diverse enough. There is free parking on-site. Restaurant serves great, tasty food. Note that it is not close to the city center, but it is within 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

very convenient for the airport good that there was a free shuttle to the airport staff where very friendly and helpful very pleasant would stop here again was a female traveller on my own felt very safe

Great choice when you stay in Sofia especially if you are using Airport as it is very close and the hotel is offering a shuttle service free of charge. Also parking in the hotel while you are staying abroad is quite handy and reasonable in price they charge per night. Rooms are quite large and well equiped . Very good recommendation for all kind of travellers despite if they are travelling for business or leisure. Last but not least food choice in the restorant is very good !

The staff was very nice and friendly! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers everything you need. They also offer shuttle for groups and I used one to get me to the airport.
